This month we would like to introduce the newly machine from SHIMA SEIKI SVR -Inlay machine, We hope it can give you some idea to create unique product for your band specially.

Embellishment new technique

Actually, it’s an embroidery machine but stitching as hand work look, the embroidery & embellishment can be done by one machine at the same time



About base quality
--can stitch on jersey/woven/knitwear

--beads/sequins/ pearls/bugles        
About measurement & max width
--100cm length & 65cm width
***can splice pattern for piece of fabric***
About sample leadtime
--normal style is around 3-5days
--Complicated pattern is needed 7-10 days
***the time can’t be speedup, because we need to draw the pattern  before do the embellishment***
About bulk leadtime
--depended on the pattern construction,
--normal pattern: 10-15 days after bulk trims & artwork is approved
--complicated pattern: 20-30 days after bulk trims & artwork is approved
About Pricing
--processing charges can save around ½ if comparing to hand embellishement
